Please subscribe to our mailing list (bottom of page) to stay informed of opportunities. In addition to our core trainings listed below, we add and update topics year to year.

Annual Offerings: Clinical Supervision on MLK Day, topics vary; Ethics lunch on the 1st Friday in February, and a 30 hour Play Therapy Clinical Supervisor Foundations retreat in either September or November. Beginning in 2020 Levels 1-4 for Sandtray will be offered, 1 level each quarter. These levels have reciprocity with those offered by Theresa Kestly of the SandTray Training Institute of New Mexico.

In-house trainings are small group formats that use experiential process, self-reflection & discussion to secure learning goals. We focus on a way of being, in addition to a way of doing. Nurturing nurturers is an underpinning value for all our trainings.

Heather is approved to offer continuing education credits by the Indiana Health Professions Bureau and the Association for Play Therapy. She follows all CE guidelines and maintains responsibility for all programs offered.

All scheduled trainings are conducted in Bloomington, IN or the surrounding area. Heather is willing to travel to your location, and enjoys putting together trainings & retreats to meet your specific areas of interest.  Please contact us to get further information or to request a training/ retreat experience.

Testimonials

This training stirred something deep inside that has been still for a long time.- Training participant

This is one of the best trainings I’ve ever been to in my nearly 14 year career. Heather has a very clear way of presenting, discussing and provided great insights into being a therapist in general, as well as sharing her knowledge of sandtray. I really appreciated her sharing “unsuccessful” examples or times when she wished she’d done something differently – Training participant

Inspiring, challenging, nurturing. – Training Participant

Hands down the best training I’ve ever been to/ received in my professional career. I feel like I am walking away with so much. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! – Training Participant.
